INTRODUCTION
Undugu Taekwondo Club is the oldest club offering Taekwondo instructions in East Africa. The Club was establishe as the
first Taekwondo club in the region in November 1978, based at St. Teresa's Church, Eastleigh, Nairobi. Over the years, it
has produced some of the finest Taekwondo players in Kenya, many of whom represented the country in international competitions.
The club is still going strong and looking towards the future with confidencs.
The club was started bt Samson Lipuka, the most experienced taekwondo instructor in East Africa.

Undugu Taekwondo Club has produced some of the finest Takeondo players in Kenya. The students are in demand, especially
by the Armed Forces, Government Institutions and private Security companies, where many have been employed. We are glad that
you have visited our site as you will be able to share with us our successes and failures. Hopefully, you will then advise
us so that we may continue to offer the best training possible to our members.
