Founder of Kenya Taekwondo Association, Samson was the first Kenyan Taekwondo Instructor when he founded Undugu Taekwondo
Club in 1978.
He was the first Kenyan to take charge of the Kenyan National Team and took it to Barcelona for the World Championships
in 1988.
Samson has served the Kenya Taekwondo Association in many positions.
Samson Lipuka is the President of Better Life Through Taekwondo, Technical Advisor to Botswana Taekwondo Federation and
Tanzania.
